This Is My First Rodeo
If this will be your first birth center or home birth, we recommend starting this seven class series around 28-30 weeks. Cost covers a pregnant person and their labor support person. Please let us know if you have more than one labor support person who needs to attend class with you.
It’s Like Riding A Bicycle
If you have previously had a baby outside the hospital, we recommend popping in for Classes 3 and 4 (Loving Labor and the Labor Rehearsal) of the First Rodeo series for a refresher.
This series can be taken at any point during pregnancy, but we recommend taking it in your third trimester. Cost covers a pregnant person and their labor support person. Please let us know if you have more than one labor support person who needs to attend class with you.
